Danielle and Aly have become not only friends, but more like family. Their customer service is top tier. Definitely my only go to professional supplier in the area.

However, the Manager at the Mishawaka store is far from meeting my expectations. She was not only rude to me, but she was rude to a employee who was trying to be helpful to me and I have adored for years. This is unacceptable. I will do everything I can to not frequent the store going forward. Even though I love one of my favorite people there. It is no wonder that people go online to buy their inventory when they get treated like this. Thank you!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy?
