- APAlthia PayneMay 11, 20261.0I frequent three SalonCentric’s in the region that I work. Muskegon, Holland, and Mishawaka. I have always loved the service that I got at SalonCentric. However, the Manager at the Mishawaka store is far from meeting my expectations. She was not only rude to me, but she was rude to a employee who was trying to be helpful to me and I have adored for years. This is unacceptable. I will do everything I can to not frequent the store going forward. Even though I love one of my favorite people there. It is no wonder that people go online to buy their inventory when they get treated like this. Thank you!

I’m in the Mishawaka store often for several hours at a time, and they are knowledgeable, efficient, and they genuinely kind to their customers. Whether you’re in for a quick pick-up or staying a while, the service and the atmosphere are always top-tier. Mishawaka is lucky to have them!

Manager seem to be okay The little boy that was in the back the one that seems to act like a little girl was very very rude. I don't get it why people have to be so rude I'm in customer service and I definitely wouldn't go to that dude to get your hair done. Or anything else.!

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
