  I can’t say enough good things about Sarah K. She is truly a color genius! I’ve been trusting her with my hair for a while now, and every single time she delivers beyond my expectations. Whether I’m going for a subtle refresh or a bigger change, Sarah always knows exactly what will suit me — and her eye for color and detail is incredible. She takes the time to really listen, offers thoughtful suggestions, and makes the whole experience feel relaxed and personalized. On top of being extremely skilled, she’s also warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. I always leave her chair feeling like the best version of myself

  My hair dresser Lee turned my quick and easy trim into a NIGHTMARE!!!! I wanted an inch trimmed off with layers, Lee cut more than EIGHT INCHES OFF!!!!!!! HELLO?? EIGHT FREAKING INCHES OFF!!!!!!!!! From hair that was to the middle of my butt to what’s now to my shoulders!!!! I was in SHOCK AND DISBELIEF. Then she says “ hehe I cut more than what you wanted” I will never have her touch my hair again!! And to anyone who books with her make sure she UNDERSTANDS you, WATCH while she cuts your hair. My long beautiful hair is gone and NOT thick, because she also THINNED my hair! My appointment date was 7-18-2025. I don’t know which emotion takes over most, rage or sadness.

  My wife made an appointment today (8-31-19) for 10:00. The appointment was under my daughter’s name and telephone number, but she was told there was no appointment listed. The woman insulted my wife by suggesting she called the wrong store. She was told to have a seat and they would get to her a soon as possible. Three people came in after my wife and were all tended to first. My wife, tired of sitting, stood up and was beginning to become visibly upset. The original woman then had the audacity to tell my wife that the stylist who was scheduled to cut her hair didn’t show up for work. (She couldn’t convey this beforehand?) She said the best she could do is get her in at 11:30. She offered no apology whatsoever.
