  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sephora on 82nd Street, and I want to recognize an outstanding beauty advisor, Yana. I originally came in only to redeem a reward and had no intention of making a purchase. However, Yana welcomed me with a nice smile . She told me about the promotion that was running last weekend. What impressed me most was not only her knowledge and professionalism, but also her honesty. She never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Instead, she gave thoughtful, trustworthy recommendations that were clearly focused on what was best for me. Within just a few minutes of speaking with her, she earned my trust completely. That is rare. Yana is kind, intelligent, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping customers. Because of her exceptional service, I ended up purchasing much more than I had planned—and I have absolutely no regrets. Every recommendation she made was valuable and well suited to my needs. Sephora is fortunate to have someone like Yana on their team. She transformed what was supposed to be a quick visit into one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Yana. Her expertise, integrity, and outstanding customer service truly set her apart. Thank you, Yana, for making my day and for providing service that went far beyond my expectations!

  The staff were very friendly and Helpful they introduce me to new lip glosses and lip line and also showed me really great fragrances I appreciate the help

  Im pissed, I came in to smell two colognes, one of which wasnt available, the other try me spray was out. I walked out buying two completely different brands, one was an oil rub, the other a cologne. What the hell? Had no intention of buying. Some people are too good at their job. Must be nice to enjoy your work and be good at customer relationships.

  Asked me who ‘helped’ me when I get to the register. I mean, Barbie came up to me and ‘helped’ me for 2 minutes by scanning a machine on my head. That’s not helping. Just because you shade match me doesn’t mean I should immediately go with the color the machine told you. I was looking for actual assistance. Not a machine. For everyone to go back to chit chatting 2 minutes later. Didn’t receive the help I was actually looking for.

  Thank you Halie!! I so appreciated the time you took to help me find the perfect facial regimen! I had just come from “ the other place” - horrible experience. The customer service and cleanliness I experienced at Sephora exceeded my expectations!! I’ll be back!!
