- BKBrenda KriegJun 16, 20231.0Had an appointment scheduled at 1:00 pm with Jenni Styles. While on my way to my appointment, she sends me a text at 12:20 pm to say she wouldn’t be done with her current client until 3pm therefore would have to cancel my appointment. So, she just canceled my appointment. She didn’t have the decency to tell me sooner than this. Was leaving for a trip the next day and had to scramble around to find someone at the last minute. Had me so upset! Very rude and VERY unprofessional! Luckily, I have good friends who know other braiders. If I could give this a zero, I would. Don’t have to worry about me scheduling anything else with her or refer anymore friends to her.

The salon was like coming from couch to first class very beautiful personality my hair was messed up bad from the last two stylist and I was honestly afraid to go to anyone else she made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I would totally recommend Dr Francis to anyone
