  This is the best place to come and get your hair done, my braider howwa was amazing, and also fast at braiding, the staff was very friendly, I most definitely absolutely recommend this hair shop

  The women here were so incredibly rude to me in my visit. They were nice at first when I walked in. I showed her A reference picture of what I wanted. I told her I wanted It to look full but I didn’t want the Boho curly pieces to outshine the braids and be a lot more curly pieces than braids. I still wanted a decent amount. I just didn’t want it to be my whole head. She said OK, she did my hair. She let me see one time in a mirror about maybe 30 minutes in and asked if it was good and they looked a little smaller than I wanted but I was trusting the process cause it is my first time I have ever been to a braider. They ended up switching ladies halfway throughout finishing my hair. And when they finished, they showed it to me, and I looked at it and unfortunately I didn’t really like it. They did a good job on the braids. They were nice braids. I just did not like the way they looked on me. They were flatter than what I was hoping and boneless when I asked to try to make it look full. I tried putting it in a ponytail because that is primarily the hairstyle I like to wear, and I did not like the way it looked. They were quick to try and get a payment out of me even while I was just trying to look at my hair see if I like it. Long story short I ended up getting it taken out and all of them were just gossiping about me , giving me nasty looks, staring at me, making snarky comments about how I was a complainer and a bad customer to another lady that was getting her hair done. All of it was very unprofessional and and it practically felt like bullying at that point. I was nothing but nice to these ladies and at no point whatsoever did I ever had a rude tone and I got treated with disrespect. I’m sorry I’m not going to pay $200 for something I do not like. Not to mention, there was another lady that also didn’t like her hair and they were being rude and talking about her after she left too. It’s a shame because I was so excited because of all the good reviews and it just ended up not being fun and not a good experience overall. EDIT: Yes I told you that my card might not work because it’s been acting weird lately and would pay in cash if it didn’t work and after that while I was looking at my hair one of the ladies kept asking if I was gonna pay holding her hand out. And yes, you did take out the braids, but not without making snarky comments, and being rude. You cannot sit there and tell me you ladies weren’t talking bad about me right in front of my face. I may not have been able to understand everything you were saying but it was very clear you were talking about me with the stares and the eye rolling I was receiving from every employee in that store. And accusing me of only taking my hair down because that other lady did, like I knew her or something. I work in customer service as well and your job is to be able to take criticism and not be rude to your customer if they don’t like something because at the end of the day it is THEIR money they’re going to spend. Your website claims that if the customer is not 100% satisfied with their hair they’ll find a fix that works for you so why be upset that I didn’t like it? And when I tried to express what I didn’t like about it, all I did was get more backlash so I just said take it down. And even though you shouldn’t, if you’re going to talk bad about a customer, you could at least wait until they are not sitting RIGHT THERE.

  The Ramas staff are professional and friendly. I always request Ms. Alice because she has a gentle technique and my braids are always beautiful! I highly recommend this braiding shop.

  I’ve been a customerfor 20yrs and they always gets me together no matter the style! I love the peaceful environment. I don’t have any worries while getting serviced in their establishment , their hands on with me and I feel like Family Always ❤️

  Went in here about two weeks ago, nothing but bad comments about my hair. It looks like they did nothing but play in my hair. They tried to give me that bald spot that they do to everyone. All I asked for a something sweet and simple, they can’t even accomplish that. Small box braids on my hair after I did a big chop. Nope, they had had to do whatever they wanted . Already took down two of my edges cause they were being pulled from my scalp. Don’t go here unless you want to be bald head cause they will not take care of you.
