  Extremely disappointing experience at the MAC store in The Fashion Mall at Keystone. My mother, my friend, and I drove nearly 30 miles after seeing MAC's National Lipstick Day promotion on social media. Before asking for the giveaway, my friend confirmed with the sales associate that the store was participating, and she said yes. When we each requested a promotional lipstick (all three of us are adults), the sales associate refused to provide one to each eligible customer and insisted on giving only one lipstick for our entire group. What made this even more frustrating was that she had a large stack of the promotional lipsticks in her hand with plenty of stock available, yet she still refused to provide one to each eligible customer. We explained that we had traveled 30 miles specifically for this promotion and even made a purchase in the store, but she remained dismissive, unwelcoming, and unwilling to help. No explanation of any "one per group" policy was provided, nor was any effort made to address our concerns. MAC proudly promotes the credo "All Ages, All Races, All Genders." Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had at this store. We left feeling unwelcome and did not feel we were treated with the fairness, consistency, and respect that MAC's brand promises. We made a special trip based on MAC's advertised promotion and left extremely disappointed. I hope the store reviews how these promotions are handled and ensures that all eligible customers are treated consistently and with the level of service that MAC represents.

  The SAs are super rude and even racists! Me and my friend went to grab a free lipstick for National lipstick day, and they had the audacity to tell us it was only 1 per group and not per person, when their official announcement clearly mentioned it to be 1 per person and no purchase was necessary! They were supposedly saving it so that everyone could get it, when the store was practically empty and there was zero advertising about the free lipstick in the store! So were they saving it for themselves then?! Are they expecting friends to walk in separately?! Or are they expecting that everyone comes in alone?! It was purely racist! Atrocity!

  DeSireè girl! I had an amazing experience with one of the MAC artists today. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about her work. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through products that matched my skin tone and style perfectly. Her attention to detail and warm personality made the entire experience feel special. She’s truly exceptional at what she does, and MAC is lucky to have someone who brings this level of talent and kindness to their customers.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! DeSiree completely slayed my makeup for an event. I walked out feeling like the main character and somehow still looked flawless hours later. ✨💄 Hannah has also been amazing from start to finish. She's welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun. Between the two of them, they make the MAC counter feel like you're hanging out with your funniest, most talented friends who just happen to be makeup wizards. Needless to say, they did such an incredible job that we're bringing the whole team back for our next event. If you're thinking about booking an appointment, stop thinking and do it. Your future fabulous self will thank you!
