- CYCourtney YoungAug 8, 20261.0I was just in with my sister in law and niece, and had the absolute worst experience. We were trying on the makeup, using the provided makeup applicators, and found a mascara we wanted that wasn’t on the floor to purchase. I went to find an associate to ask, and while I was doing that, my niece saw a pile of used applicators from other people that had been left. She added her used applicators to the pile and picked it up to throw everything away to be helpful. The associate walked up as she was picking up the pile to toss, and started very loudly and very rudely (came off as incredibly hostile) saying she can’t use that many, they are super expensive, and cost the store money and that if we buy items, they will give us the brushes. We told her we didn’t need brushes, we just needed the blue mascara that wasn’t on the floor. She then said she needed to get her manager. The manager came over and was trying to diffuse, but the original associate kept talking over everyone, and lying entirely about what happened. Nothing was resolved, the manager said the music being too loud was probably the problem. The problem is with this specific associates attitude and chip on her shoulder. I’m not sure what happened, but it was such an off putting and bizarre interaction that we were all left shaken up, upset and just left without buying anything, and I can promise we will never be back. Absolutely appalling.
