  A few days ago I had a great shopping experience at the L’Occitane. In Europe I used to go to L’Occitane shops and from time to time I stop by at this shop at Keystone to see what is new and every time I get some samples and when I try them after a month or two I always come back to shop a cream. Last time I didn’t brought a sample with me so I bought a similar but not the cream that I wanted. This time I brought it with me and thanks to amazing Lilly and her colleague Brittny (I hope that I remembered their names well) they found me the cream that was from the special edition and not on the shelf anymore and that only 3 left. It’s good that they offered me to check the new package, but that one feels like a totally different cream although it’s called the same. I was so happy that I found the one that smells so nice so that all my stress goes away in the evening when I put it on my hands. Lilly offered me different options for my eyes wrinkles as well and I tried them all and then we found the best bundle option. I got more samples to try them for my next shopping experience. I left the store so happy.Thank you for making my day. You were so patient with me and I am so grateful for your help finding me the creams that I needed.See you soon!

  Today my boyfriend and I were assisted by Mr Andrew at this location and we want to say we had the best customer service experience. We were greeted pleasantly by Andrew and introduced to the staff. This made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. As we made our way through the store, Andrew gave us space to explore on our own for a bit and then offered us a manicure spa treatment on the house! He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and had the best marketing sales strategies. He was extremely professional and guided us step by step through the treatment. He was kind and dedicated to giving us the best loccitane experience. He not only showed us the different products but also educated us on the background of the products. He is a very bright and kind spirit and I believe he has set a great example for this company. I will be coming back to support this business.

  Zedrick (I think that’s how you spell) sorry. But they are amazing and so helpful! I have sensitive skin and they had great recommendations. Excellent service.
