    I'm a delivery driver and have picked up many.Many orders for delivery there. A few months ago upon entering the store and telling them I had a batch order. I was told where to stand in a very disrespectful and judgmental manner. Then, when the girl who was acting like a snob, brought the orders out.She put three staples across the top of each bag like I was going to steal something. She was snyd and snarky. I've probably picked up twenty orders since then. Today I walked in to get a batch order with 2 orders She brought them to the register. Made sure they were stapled very, very well as if I would steal. Then, I was told I could scan the orders, I told her my phone would not scan sephora orders.I would put it in manually when I got to my car like I always do. With my allergies to perfumes, I try not to stay in the store any longer than necessary. She told me they needed me to put all the order numbers in and verify both orders before leaving the store. I said, I pick up here all the time.I will do it when I get to my car like I always do.She said, snydly, I can put the numbers in for you if you'd like. As if I was incompetent or not going to verify them. I do not lie, I do not steal, and I do not cheat anyone ever. Apparently, because i'm a 57 yr old chubby woman with bad teeth they want to treat me like I'm beneath them. I can more than afford to shop in that store. But I will no longer pick up orders there and be treated that way, nor will I ever shop at sephora again!!!!

    Not in the JCPenney anymore. Apparently there is a standalone store but I’m really not trying to walk around a mall in 2026

    My wife and I went in for her to pick out some body spray. We went in close to closing time but were treated very poorly by two members of the staff and making sure that we were out exactly at 8:00 p.m. We had no interest in staying late or holding them late. She was simply looking at a product next to the cash register and was told rudely to put her phone number in immediately because they're closed. Another member of the staff was loudly complaining about taking out the trash. Just not a very professional atmosphere considering how much we were paying for their products.

    My daughter and I took a beauty lesson from Alex at Sephora in Greenwood. This was a birthday present for my daughter. Alex was fully prepared and had even written out step-by-step notes for us to take with us, which have been extremely helpful. She was friendly and professional at the same time. She listened to us when we told her about what we wanted and then asked relevant questions in order to recommend the best products for that. She had a thorough knowledge of the product line and found the best choices for each of us. We left the store feeling good about our appearance and even better knowing that Alex had given us the tools to do this for ourselves.
