- GCGabrielle CochranApr 22, 20261.0Went into the salon Thursday 4/16 for a partial highlight, showed the stylist my inspiration picture and she said no problem. Well I left with orange highlights and a straight band at my hair line that wasn’t touched. Fast forward to Monday I called the salon and was told to call back today 4/22. Called today at 10:06am and was told the manager would get back to me still have not heard anything back. I’ve never had a problem with Jcp salons I’ve been going to them for ten years but this has left a sour taste in my mouth after spending the money and being ignored with my concern I don’t know if I’ll ever go back
