Meah help stretch tight modules that I have been neglecting. She was professional and knows technically more how the body works over the companion she help with stretching since I feel lazy at gym. I am going to add a stop here on off gym days to keep from getting tight muscles.

The plac is clean and inviting. Overall, the massage therapist did a very good job. She did some unique stretches that I hadn't experienced anywhere else before. One negative was that instead of a light massage it was more deep tissue massage and parts of it hurt.

I opted for the 90-minute Swedish massage ($120) at ZHENSPAS and overall, the massage itself was excellent. My masseuse spoke very limited English, but she made a real effort to communicate by using Google Translate to check in about the pressure and make sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. I really appreciated that. She also incorporated hot stones, which was an unexpected and very relaxing addition. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that took away from the experience. In the middle of my massage, the masseuse answered a phone call. It wasn’t a quick, quiet “I’ll call you back”—it was a fairly loud conversation that lasted around five minutes, which definitely interrupted the relaxing atmosphere. She also left the room for approximately 8–10 minutes when another customer walked in so she could speak with them and schedule their massage. I was left lying on the table waiting, and since I had booked and paid for a 90-minute massage, it was frustrating to have that time taken out of my appointment. The actual massage was really good, and I appreciated her attention to pressure and the hot stones. However, for a $120, 90-minute service, I would expect the full appointment to be uninterrupted and focused on the client. I enjoyed the massage, but I think I’ll try another establishment next time.
