  Paid for a 1 hour massage. She asked about the tip, and I said after the message if it’s good. I waited in the room for five minutes. She then asked me to switch rooms. Once the message started she used her feet. After maybe ten minutes she went to answer the door. Spoke with another customer. Then came back to ask me if a 30 minute message was okay. I said I already paid for an hour. She kept talking about the tip which I said again after the message if the service is good. She then was about to use her feet and I asked if she could use her hands. She used her hands for maybe 5 minutes. At the same time she texted the other customer and said he could come back. After a total of 25 minutes she said message was over. I said I paid for an hour I want the hour. She said but you said okay to a 30 minute message plus tip. I asked if I could come back another day and get the half hour message and she said no because I did not tip. This is not okay and I would consider in bad faith. I have never experienced this anywhere else. Felt very unprofessional to be constantly pestered for a tip especially when I paid for an hour message and got 25 minutes. I expect the stated service for the agreed upon price. Very disappointed. I will also add I have never left a review of a business before, but I felt I had to this time. Also will add the message was not good.

  I had 90 minute massage from Jenny very professional and nice had back pain when she finished it was really better. The spa was very nice and clean. Recommend this spa for anyone with muscle pain Recommend Jenny .

  This place was great I told her Iwanted how I wanted a medium because I hurt different places and they did exactly what I said and it felt really good I was really relaxed and they did a wonderful job I'll probably go back in a couple of months after a couple of rounds of golf I'll be ready
