  I Love Sephora and have been shopping at Sephora for years when we had it in the mall - at Glenbrook inside of JCPenny. I'm so happy, thankful, and blessed that there is a Full store Sephora in Fort Wayne, Indiana and not inside a Kohl's or another franchise. I went to Sephora a couple weeks ago and bought myself some designer foundation - Armani and a mascara mini by two faced makeup brand- that was called better than sex. Anyways, I'm glad this Sephora store helped me and had the match foundation tool that helped me find the right exact foundation match for me. The staff and service here at Sephora are so nice, kind, helpful, considerate, and caring. Plus, they know their makeup and all have excellent knowledge. Loved the store.   It was not very busy and there was only one person checking people out and I was in line for like 20 minutes to get 1 thing! The staff were friendly but I wouldn't recommend coming if your in a rush or don't want to wait for a while.

  I went to sephora for my first time ever. It was the most excellent service I have received from a retailer in a long time. The staff was very helpful and educated me on the products that I was purchasing. I love the fact that I could buy my items with my consultant and avoided the check out line. Thank you Sephora for excellent service.

  Don’t you just hate it when you have a purchase and are at the cash register waiting to pay and no one acknowledges your presence? There was one associate helping a customer and upselling her things…ignored my presence and didn’t let her coworkers know that assistance was needed. I refuse to seek out someone so I can pay. I left and told the two associates at the door, who were chatting it up with each other the entire time I was in the store, why I left my purchase at the counter and just got a blank stare in return. To the management of the store….some customer service training is due!!

  such sweet staff!!! I AM SO EXCITED WE HAVE A SEPHORA! A full Sephora, not Kohl’s Sephora. Eeekkkk…. see y’all probably every weekend😝
