    Jason was excellent!! The store was very clean and organized. I went in there with a bit of anxiety because I had trouble with my member number last time. Jason found me with no trouble and updated my info for me. The young lady working to check me out was very helpful as well.

    Super rude and unhelpful manager. Scoffed that I didn't have an account yet even though I told her it was my first time early on and after taking my time to choose the right product. Then hung up on me when I called back to ask questions based on what my friend who referred me said. Not great.

    Twice now there has been problems. My zip code on my card is different from the zip code to the address of the salon I work at and sometimes I get them confused. Instead of stopping and calling me that there was an issue with the transaction they kept trying to pull it out multiple times. When I call they act like everyone’s bank is the same and does the same thing but I go through a private bank called Audubon federal credit union and when there are that many pending charges of over $200 it automatically puts me in a negative balance so once the actual order comes out there’s still a remaining negative balance. I called and tried to get this fixed and the assistant manager I spoke to the first time was very professional and polite and was actually trying to help but every time I asked for the number to corporate they just wouldn’t give it to me. I eventually asked why they won’t give it to me and they said they’re trying to help. Today I called and carrie is who I spoke to. Very rude to the point where she even chuckled a little bit and said I would’ve been in the negative regardless. All I was trying to get done was the negative balance of $36.61 reimbursed for an issue that I did not cause. It was caused by the staff trying to take out the payment multiple times without my knowledge or my permission and then the unprofessionalism of carrie was most definitely the cherry on top. If there’s a way for you to not have to deal with these people then go that route. Unfortunately my app doesn’t work for them lol how convenient. That’s probably my fault too.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
