  ...satisfied repeat customer...but not today...stylist cut her comfortable way instead of how I told her...probably a rookie...I am sure my displeasure was obvious...felt it was a wasted $18...will be skeptical to return

  Great Clips is an awesome place to get a haircut. Stylists are always friendly and fun to talk with as you sit while the artistry takes place. I've been going to the West Side location for a few years and have never been disappointed. The salon sits behind Chick Filet next door the the Hallmark store. Schnucks is only a few doors down so I usually make it a multi task event. I'll definitely return over and over especially due to the coupons I get emailed continually. 10 bucks for a 20 dollar cut is incredible. If you like this review please click...   I have been going to Great Clips for several years now and will Never go anywhere else. They always follow my instructions, keep all my information in their database, and our very reasonably priced. Their Staff is also very professional.

  Watch the videos 1 and the 4th ones Please,I'll show you how Laura Cox butchered, my long, beautiful, healthy hair.She never even bothered to cut my hair.She just pushed those dull scissors across my hair, until my whole head looks like a huge rat's nest. I showed her pictures of my hair. How I wanted it long layered that i've had done before a hundred times I wanted to have it like Farera Faucet! Laura said I can do that no problem. She never turned me around to look in my face to cut my bangs. She never turned me around. Have a mirror in my hand to look at the back of my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in 8 years. I did it myself. I cut my bangs perfectly right under my eyebrows like I'd like it to hide the wrinkles, and I'd trim the ends I wanted it layered so I could get my perm. The long layer, my hair was down past almost to my buttocks. It was in the bottom part of my lower back. And she trashed and ruined my hair. I am fifty nine years old and I may not live long enough to be buried with my hair the way i've always had it since i've been a little girl. Bangs and long hair no more thanks to laura coxs sucks, at cutting hair if she has a job tomorrow after I talk to the manager, i'm gonna show this post to instagram.I don't care, I just do not ever want you to be subjected to that woman touching your hair! If you have long hair, ladies, you will be traumatized !!!!!???!!! I just want you to be forewarned.!!!! $$ I want my money back. I want my tip back and I want her to pay for it to be fixed at the hair Salon, I have an appointment with on this saturday to get my hair permed, but now I don't have enough hair, and it's not cut right to get it repaired and cut much shorter to even have a chance of it growing back. The way I want!!!! And the way I already had it before this woman, this evil woman touched my hair, tortured mutilated. And completely destroyed my hair.!!!! I have to pay a $100 to be At least almost compensated for what she did to my hair. Please watch the video, please. You will see what she did to my hair.!
