  Don’t waste your time. Went in wanting to redeem a gift. I was gifted the sample sizes with a redeemable coupon for the full size fragrance. Only one employee who refused to make eye contact. I stood by the counter at checkout in hopes she would come around. Acted as if she didn’t see me. Finally I asked hey do you work here? She had the worst attitude. Hardly looked at the code to redeem and said “doesn’t look like ours” I said excuse me “It’s Sephora”. She said yeah this is Sephora at Kohls. Waited around for nothing. I know working in customer service isn’t easy but why take it out on people who are there to just shop and aren’t being rude :(

  The saddest excuse for a sephora. They barely nothing. One employee, wasn't doing anything but standing around avoiding eye contact. Couldn't greet the only customer in the area. Awful! Don't waste your time.

  Every time I’ve been here I’ve been soooo happy with the workers. Dane, specifically, is always so sweet and helpful.
