  The intro offer won't actually be a flat $89 like it's advertised. The price goes up once you factor in the required telehealth appointment and other add-ons. That aside, I did go through with the membership and kept it for the full length of the contract. I ended up moving farther away and wasn't able to come in as often, so I lost credits along the way, and at that point it no longer made sense for me to continue. Once I'd met the required commitment period, I decided to cancel. The staff here has always been friendly and welcoming, and I have no complaints about the actual service. My issue was entirely with the cancellation process, which turned out to be far more complicated than it should have been. I was initially told I had to come in person to cancel, something that was never mentioned when I signed up, only the length of time I'd need to keep the membership. I was given a paper copy of the contract at signing, but I assumed it would also be accessible digitally through my profile, which it wasn't. When it came time to cancel, I no longer had that paper copy on hand. I asked several times if I could sign the cancellation paperwork over email instead of coming in, and after some back and forth, they agreed to send it. The documents never arrived. When I followed up by email, they reverted back to saying I needed to come in, even though I had prior messages stating otherwise. After several more exchanges, they let me know my membership had been cancelled, without ever having me sign anything. In the end, no signature was required at all, which makes the amount of back and forth I went through feel unnecessary.

  Enjoyed my experience! Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and the massage chairs are the bomb. Would have enjoyed another 30 min. Will return.

  This place was great! It was my first time getting an IV bag in a few years. They got my water, a cold towel and did everything possible to make me very comfortable. Staff was very nice and great to chat with. My headache went away almost instantly. I definitely recommend the value in these services if you are looking for a way to treat yourself with wellness!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My PRIME IV visit was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, taking the time to answer all of my questions. The location was beautiful, cozy, and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Service was quick and efficient, making the entire visit seamless and enjoyable. It's a great way to indulge in a little self-care while investing in both your mind and body. Highly recommend!
