  Brownsburg Beauty Bar absolutely deserves five stars!! Kelly did an incredible job fixing my hair after another local salon completely messed up my bob. She took the time to understand what went wrong and worked her magic to bring it back to life, it honestly looks better than I imagined. The whole experience was professional, welcoming, and stress-free. I’m so grateful for BBB and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend asking for Kelly!

  This was my second time seeing Erika and she exceeded my expectations! Her recommendations are spot on, and I now have the most beautiful blonde throughout my hair. The experience was stellar - between the highlighting process, the products used, and the scalp massage, I can’t recommend coming here enough!

  Yet again, another great appointment today! I have been going to Erika, and she always manages to exceed my expectations. She takes the time to truly listen to my hair concerns, likes, and dislikes, asks thoughtful questions, and works with me to create a look that I love. What I appreciate most is that Erika genuinely cares about the health of my hair. She offers honest, professional opinions and recommendations—even if it means I spend less money or the salon makes less from the service—because her priority is what is best for my hair long-term. That level of integrity and care is hard to find. I always leave feeling confident, listened to, and happy with the results. Highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for both talent and honesty!

  I had Erika for a hair lightning appointment. 1. for the first 20 minutes at the appointment, the hair stylist tried to convince me to come in a different day to get my hair done, even though I had already scheduled months in advance and worked really hard to get that day off of work. The vibe was unbelievably uncomfortable because I could tell she did not want to do my hair, but I was already there. 2. Because she continued to do my hair, someone else had to wait for their brow tint behind me. When they complained that the wait was taking way longer than expected, they had her sit back down and whispered to each other to make sure they don’t give her any discount 3. Extremely uncomfortable vibe the entire time. Felt pressured to get a middle part and a money piece even though I never asked for it. Felt pressure to keep my bangs long, even though I asked for them short to frame my face. Continued to be pressured to make another appointment, even though I was planning on never returning.
