  I wanted to try a salon by my house and decided to get a "first available" appointment, which matched me with one of their newer stylists. I think she did fine for a less experienced stylist, but I won't be coming back. She was very timid and I kept having to ask her to add more layers. I wanted a wolf cut and got a trim with bangs. I think she did her best and I recognize that I may have given her a challenging cut, but ultimately it took a really long time to get a haircut that didn't look like my reference pictures. I don't know if she knew how to achieve what I was going for. The same goes for my partner's haircut that followed mine. We would have asked her to continue playing around with it, but the salon was closing and we'd had enough. Otherwise, the salon was really lovely and I'm sure it will suit you if you are looking for a more generic cut.

  Allie cut my 78 year old dad’s hair, and he LOVES it! She has also highlighted my hair, cut my hair, and styled my hair. She is a natural. She is very talented, and more importantly, she is super kind and sincere. You will feel very at home with her and comfortable. I would give her 10 stars if it let me!

  Edit: Response to your reply: No, your response doesn’t help. As you said that you increased your prices and put an update on your social media accounts. First, there is no post on your instagram page, second you have a price update on your Facebook page which is from March, however i got my consultation on April 10 and I was quoted $150-180 for my services and i got my services on 24th April. Which means it was according to your updated price range. Second, you said you sent a mass text which was also in March and I came to you in April. That means I was quoted with an updated price but you still charged me almost 20% extra of your quoted price. So your response is not justified. If I got half foiled treatment, you were not supposed to write full foil service on my receipt and charge me accordingly for the half foil treatment. This is all shady and not trustworthy. I had an appointment with Sophie and I would say Sophie was very friendly. However, I am disappointed with the final results of the service. I came in hoping for visible highlights and a noticeable money piece in the front to help blend my gray hair. While I do appreciate the peekaboo section, which turned out well, the highlights are not visible—even after a wash—and the money piece I specifically requested is not noticeable at all. (They told me that I might not get the results i want, so I get it) But, I am concerned about the pricing. During my consultation, I was quoted a range of $150–$180 on my consultation almost 10-12 days ago for partial foils and a peekaboo section, with a clear understanding that the total would not exceed $180. However, I was charged over $215 at checkout. When I asked about this, I was informed that prices had recently increased, but this was not communicated to me prior to the service. That sudden incessant of $35 in less than 2 weeks was shocking. During the appointment, I inquired Sophie about the cost of full highlights and was told it would be around $220. It is concerning that I was charged nearly the same amount for partial foils, without prior notice of pricing changes. I also noticed that I was charged separately for a blow-dry, despite being told during the consultation that styling was included in the service. This added to the confusion and lack of transparency. Overall, I am disappointed with both the outcome and the lack of clear communication regarding pricing. I believe customers should be fully informed of any price changes before services begin.

  I went in yesterday, because I’ve been noticing more hair fall than I’m used to and I noticed my hair felt so much more drier than usual. I have naturally long, black, thick hair and I felt it didn’t feel like how I’m used to, so I expressed all these problems to Ally and she did an outstanding job. She cut about an inch off and did some clean up to the face framing I previously had. She also washed and blew out my hair. It feels and smells so good. She made me feel seen and like I wasn’t crazy about what I was saying and she recommended some really good products as well. I also called day of for my appointment and they got me in, so I’m very thankful to you guys.
