I booked a 60 minute treatment, but her actual time with the therapist was 40 minutes. It started 10 minutes late, which is no big deal, but then it also ended 10 minutes early. The website description lists neck and shoulder massage as one of the elements of the treatment, but it was essentially just the application and rinsing of various hair products. To their credit, the salon is clean and professional, and their staff is very nice. But for the price I paid, a massage is a much better way treat my wife.
