  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such an amazing experience at this medspa! From the moment I walked in, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and welcoming. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming, and the entire experience felt very personalized. Salema was incredibly sweet, understanding, and professional. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made the experience feel very personal instead of rushed. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and excited to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier luxury medspa experience!

  Absolutely loved my experience with Mariella Valdez! She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment and explained everything clearly. My lips look natural, balanced, and exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about lip injections!

  I drove 3 hours for my appointment with Selma. I highly recommend her for your aesthetic needs, Selma was lovely and professional and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into her office. She discussed the procedure, risks and aftercare. The results are amazing and I am very pleased with the procedure. All the staff were welcoming and I will be happy to return!

  Mariella was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. However, I was disappointed with my results (1full syringe) because I saw little to no noticeable difference afterward-- full month later--, and several people close to me said the same. The experience itself was pleasant, but for the great reviews, I was hoping for a more visible outcome.

  I wasn’t going to write a review, but I’ve since decided otherwise. In October of 2025 I went in to see Violetta for lip filler— I had been following her on social media and she had a last minute appointment arise. At the time of my arrival I informed her that I was a virgin to any injectables and we ended up moving forward with lip filler and I believe 64 units of Botox. Let me start by saying, she did not even let the numbing cream fully set before going straight into the filler. A $700 service might I add. Now I will say, at the first appointment she was very nice, however I immediately was uneasy with my results after leaving. I messaged her about 3 days later with photos sharing there were some lumps and she suggested I wait the 2 weeks post massage and healing to revisit. I did follow up at the 2 week mark but then dropped the ball because I had to unexpectedly move and travel abroad for work and again for a pre planned trip all within the next 4 weeks. Fast forward to month 4 after finally settling, the lumps and unevenness in my top lip were not subsiding and were uncomfortable so I set up a follow up appointment. V line is 55 miles from my home it’s not up the street. When I arrived she seemed very cold and annoyed and stated that I should have come in within 2 weeks to “avoid this” I shared that I was not sure what the solution would be whether it be dissolving or a touch up but I wanted to get her opinion. She left that up to me and shared she would touch it up but said she didn’t want me to go “telling people” she gives free touch ups after so much time had passed. I thought it was a joke so I made a joke about it before realizing she was serious. She tried to push me to get another -ml which I was not comfortable with and asked could she do .5. She refused saying they don’t offer that and don’t even buy in that quantity. So I offered to post for Botox which she brushed off and just asked again about filler. I declined. She touched it up without any numbing at all and rushed me out. I ended up sending her a follow up email with photos sporting the lumps over the months from the time I left, sharing how this was a consistent issue. I also explained why I was not able to come in earlier and that I obviously would have preferred that. I continued to share my disappointment that she insinuated I was trying to get a free service when I was fully expecting to pay for the resolution. She never responded. I will NEVER go back and I’d highly suggest others don’t either. For premium prices the service is lackluster. What a poor way to treat someone over your mistake. The issue still exists, I’ll be getting them dissolved elsewhere
