  Not a great experience at this Sephora location. The staff was not very friendly. I made a fairly large purchase yesterday and was given a large shopping bag. I went back the next day to ask if I could exchange it for one of their smallest bags, so I could divide the gifts and give each girl the same bag size. I was told they couldn’t do that because it’s a “store policy” and that I would have to do another purchase just to get a smaller bag. I found that disappointing and unnecessary. It seems like a simple customer service request that have been accommodated. Unfortunately, experiences like this make me think twice about shopping here again. Next time I’ll probably choose a different store.

  Terrible store. Usually go to Kohls Sephora. I stopped by on the way home. She forgot to apply my points to the purchase or didn’t do it purposely. The moment I walked in two workers were following me around the store. I mentioned multiple times I want to browse and check out products that are not available at Kohls Sephora. I get the policy of the store to ask customers do they need help, but there’s difference when someone is nagging you constantly, following every step you take, watching you testing products, when you said you want to shop by yourself. Never coming back to that location. Sephora should seriously reconsider their policies regarding treating customers. I’m a rouge member and spend a lot there yet I’m not allowed to shop normally at peace because workers are harassing me.

  I had a great experience at Sephora. The store was clean, well-organized, and not overcrowded, which made shopping very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Mia was especially kind and patient while helping me find the perfect foundation shade. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is why I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Staff is nice in person but this store NEVER answers their phones. A million people staffing the location but not a single person answering the phone. I was calling to see if they had a specific birthday item available and after calling multiple times and waiting on hold with the phone ringing for over 15 mins cumulatively, had to go in person (drove 30 mins) and find out myself. Thankfully they had the product I wanted, but would have been especially more irritated had I gone to the store and the product been sold out.
