  I had a great experience at Sephora. The store was clean, well-organized, and not overcrowded, which made shopping very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Mia was especially kind and patient while helping me find the perfect foundation shade. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is why I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Staff is nice in person but this store NEVER answers their phones. A million people staffing the location but not a single person answering the phone. I was calling to see if they had a specific birthday item available and after calling multiple times and waiting on hold with the phone ringing for over 15 mins cumulatively, had to go in person (drove 30 mins) and find out myself. Thankfully they had the product I wanted, but would have been especially more irritated had I gone to the store and the product been sold out.

  This location has great product selection available, and most of the employees are kind. However, Laura is quite rude and flippant towards customers which put me off of this location. I’d rather go to deer park.

  So glad this location is now open and accessible! It is not as big as other independent Sephora locations with limited brands but customer service is good so far. Emily and Natalie are very professional, attentive and helpful. Not all Sephora locations are good but this one is so far exceeding expectations and hopefully they stay that way. Will continue to shop at this location for now.

  actually love this new location. everyone is super helpful and kind throughout the shopping experience and has a greater selection than i thought!
