  I had a new appointment with Layla and couldn’t be happier! She was thorough in my highlights, did a great cut, and I love my hair! The salon was clean, inviting, and beautiful. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

  Disappointed and misled. They did not listen to my request. As a recent transplant to the area, finding a new salon is already stressful. I specifically called ahead and asked for a stylist who specializes in short haircuts. Instead, I was paired with someone who seemed fresh out of school and specialized in highlights. I showed the stylist multiple inspiration pictures, but the final result looked nothing like them. Don't let the high-end atmosphere or great reviews fool you—they completely ignored my preferences. Not every woman wants long, highlighted hair. Some of us are professionals who prefer short, sharp styles, and we deserve to be paired with stylists who actually have that skill set. I drove home in tears. Save your money and go somewhere that actually listens to clients.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Pleasssseee think twice before using this salon. I wanted to be a pretty blonde and I turned out looking like the real slim shady. I had to have this fixed, and the damage that was caused was terrible! My hair suffered, and is still suffering from damage. Hope this helps someone who is wanting to go blonde!

  I’ve been going to Hillary and Ashlee for 15 + years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. At Bouffant Salon Hillary has consistently done an amazing job every cut, every color, I’ve never once left feeling anything less than completely happy. I always walk out feeling refreshed, confident, and like the best version of myself. It’s not just me, either because my son, my mom, and my sister all go here too. Hillary and Ashlee have created such a welcoming, positive atmosphere that makes everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. They genuinely care about their clients, and it shows in everything they do. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll leave feeling beautiful (or handsome!) every single time, Bouffant Salon is it. I can’t recommend them enough.

  I’ve been a client of Bouffant for several years; due to me following a stylist who is the only one on this planet who understands my obsession with my hair!! (Thank you Brandy) This salon is a one-stop shop to bring all your inner beauty to the exterior. They are prompt, clean, conversational, kind, and most of all — they LISTEN to their clients’ needs, wants, and desires! I’m so appreciative of all their work; color, cuts, washes, Botox, micro blading, weight management, facials, etc. Does this experience sound amazing?!
