- TBTocarra Beard1 day ago5.0So let me start off by saying every time I go into Sephora in tinley park I have such a phenomenal time in there not just because I’m getting what I want but because of the experience I recently went into Sephora in the Kohl’s to pick the new Phlur body mist and body oil along with rare sweet marshmallow Layering Balm and of course the new Burberry goddess Amber vanilla parfum and when I say hands down the best fragrances as of right now but outside of the fragrances I had such an amazing encounter with two young ladies in the store the first one her name is Liyana and the young lady at the register and I can’t remember her name but I give them five stars ⭐️ for customer service hands down the best customer service I have ever had in my life! I was at the store 09-01-2026 2:50 pm and made two purchases one for $164 dollars and the other was $47 dollars!!!!!! Love love love love the experience I had yesterday afternoon!

- KKKMMar 11, 20262.0I went to buy a product at the Sephora counter and was urged to just go to self checkout because I didn’t want to sign up for something and me saying no hurts their numbers. I think it’s inappropriate to ask a customer to go to a different register in an entirely different part of the store just because they don’t want to give out personal info to make a simple purchase.
