  Tried to schedule a massage for my wife (4 months postpartum - 3rd child) ...during the scheduling, I selected a female masseuse (mandatory preference). To try and keep it nice for my wife, I wanted to pre-pay for the appointment. After making a call that was unanswered, I received a call back. She said she would have to call when in the office later. She never did. I tried to call back 2 separate times but they were unanswered (lucky for us). But eventually I figured what the heck, not too big a deal. On the day of the appointment, my wife shows up and some random guy said okay, I'll give you the message. When my wife started it was supposed to be with (can't even remember her name), he said they never got a heads up for that and she would have to wait 20-30 minutes for a female massage therapist. My wife called and asked if I did in fact pre-pay, and when I said that I hadn't, she sounded very relieved and just wanted to come home. I felt inclined to post this review because I picked this establishment based on the average review grade alone, not spending enough time actually reading used experiences. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

  I took my mom here for Mother's Day and it was great! So relaxing and affordable, compared to other places. They were able to get us an appointment last minute and we're very professional. I had a deep tissue massage and my mom had a Swedish. We will definitely be back!

  I just recently got my very first back and scalp massages here! Bin did both massages and he did an amazing job. When he told me we were all done, I had to take a little bit of time to realize where I was because I was sooo relaxed haha. I will definitely be coming back here!

  I had a 90 minute Ashiatsu massage with Ami and it was fantastic!!! I have had traditional deep tissue massage several times before, but this was my first time getting Ashiatsu. Ami was very attentive, making sure it wasn’t too much pressure at various times throughout the massage. Very relaxing and definitely helped ease my back pain.

  This was a first time massage for me and my husband. We decided to try Rest Spa for our date night because it seemed reasonably priced for a couple's Swedish massage. We scheduled it for Friday at 6:30pm about an hour and a half before the appointment. It was confirmed immediately. When we got there it was clean, quiet and no one else in line (probably due to the storm coming and tonado watch). We were greeted by a man, who didn't speak much English. He understood what we were asking for and took us back to a room right away. He left us there for just a few mins and returned with a lady, (possibly management) who also didn't speak much English. I asked if the two of them would be doing our massages? She asked me if it were ok that the gentlemen did mine, while she did my husband's? That was fine. Our experience was nice and professional, with low light and calming music. They both asked about amount of pressure and if everything was ok during different points of the massage. We received a full peaceful 30 min massage and have both decided that we may return.
