  My skin has improved so much over the last several months, thanks to the amazing facials provided by Mehwish. Her technique is superb and her services are excellent. She also recommends products that she knows my skin could benefit from and is very knowledgeable. I now have been become a regular client of hers and highly recommend her yes. I have had the custom RX signature facial, and the Cryosculpt facial. Both were fantastic and I saw immediate results.

  I have been seeing Mehwish since winter 2025, and she has helped me decrease my hyperpigmentation substantially! I don’t have black heads anymore. I have been taking her advice on MT products and services plus booking facials more regularly. My skin was in very bad shape when I first saw her. Now I feel like my skin glows when I walk out! She is very personable and really takes the time to remember your skin’s needs. She is passionate about skin, and it shows through her treatments.

  I have been coming to the Tricoci spa in Skokie for several years. I typically have a mani/pedi with Boussayna or Jacqueline, both of whom I highly recommend. They are gentle, very thorough, and the end result is beautiful! I always feel refreshed and like a new person when I leave! Give them a try! 😊

  I had an amazing experience with Mia during my pedicure. She was very accommodating with my hijab. She was able to put a folding privacy screen stand where I was getting my pedicure done. The pedicure itself was very relaxing. Thank you for accommodating me and making me feel comfortable.

  I’ve been coming here for years to get my roots colored and increasingly leaving dissatisfied with my hair color results and their rising prices. After my last color experience, I can’t justify returning again. They dyed my hair too dark and both my original colorist and the one I went to for a re-do tried to convince me my hair color was a level 5, when I told them it looked like a level 3. I went to another local salon and they confirmed that my hair was indeed dyed to a level 3 and that it will be a lengthy process to get my hair back to its natural color again. It’s frustrating to feel like your colorist is gaslighting you about your color results when you can clearly see what they’re telling you isn’t right. They need to be better about discussing hair color results and expectations with their clients, maybe with a hair color chart or examples, because this was not the first time they’ve dyed my hair too dark. Along with their prices slowly going up, it’s not worth the headache to come back here.
