I usually just walk past the store and had no plans to buy anything, but she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to walk me through different shower gel scents, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable exploring products I had never tried before. I ended up leaving with several purchases and samples to try. I rarely leave reviews, but Zoha’s customer service was exceptional and truly made my visit memorable. Thank you, Zoha!

- JJJDMay 22, 20261.0Some of the worst employees I've seen behave there. Back in the winter, one female employee was walking around the mall yelling and swearing at people. She was unhinged! Was even cursing at an older woman outside. People like that should not work there.
