  My daughter and I went Saturday for a basic manicure and pedicure. My daughter had a great lady who did an awesome job and even provided "French tips" for free. However my lady during the pedicure scraped my toe resulting in a cut. I didn't say anything because I didn't notice until almost done, but it made me upset she didn't apologize or offer a band aid. Just felt like it was brushed off and not taking care of appropriately.

  Such a bad experience! Been going there for years usually do walk in and they’ve been wonderful. I had this older man and he was so rude and had such an aggressive behavior. Had a pedicure I couldn’t even tell him anything because he did not understand me. Painted my toes like a 2 yr old would. Got upset when I asked him if he put the top coat and to clean up all the nails polish all over my skin! When I told the receptionist she didn’t even say sorry or I’ll tell the manager/owner or even the nail tech himself. She really needs to learn some customer service. I’ve spent so much money over years there and that’s okay one less customers to them is nothing.

  I pretty much went home and finished my pedicure after noticing the job was not done well. Not sure if it was rushed due to it being Mother's Day but I will definitely not be back.
