Sat there for 15 minutes asked by another technician what was I waiting for? they called Lily and she said she was done no handcream nothing. Mind you she didn’t tell me I was doneI will never go back.

However, despite the business and I was a total walk in customer, they were very polite, I didn't wait really long, and the technician was very knowledgeable. It was an enjoyable experience.
