  Got myself an appointment for a men’s barber cut which includes a fade. After a 10 min wait after my appointment, not too bad but unprofessional. I was told she does not do fades. If you like to waste time come here.

  Had eyebrow shaping and wax with Melissa. She listened and looked at what I wanted. We made a plan and I was very pleased with the results.

  This was our first visit to Mario Tricoci for massages, and it definitely won’t be our last! It was also my daughter’s very first massage, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Miho and Kim were absolutely wonderful. They made us both feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived, taking the time to ensure we were relaxed throughout the entire experience. Their technique was amazing—they worked out all of our knots and tension while still making the massage incredibly relaxing. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and so much better than when we walked in. If you’re looking for a professional, welcoming, and truly relaxing massage experience, I highly recommend Miho and Kim. Thank you both for making our first visit such a memorable one!

  My husband treated me to a massage and pedicure package at Tricoci in Schaumburg. Overall, the experience was fine, but for the price, it didn’t meet my expectations. The massage was relaxing, but it was very gentle. I was never asked about my preferred pressure before the massage started, and although I requested more pressure during the service, it was still very light. There also wasn’t a follow-up check to see if the adjustment was enough, which I would expect. The pedicure was also underwhelming. My technician didn’t seem to be in the best mood, looking visibly disgruntled and unfortunately that came across during the appointment. As I was leaving, I accidentally smudged one toenail while trying to walk in the foam flip-flops they provide (completely my fault). Instead of offering to quickly fix it, her response was, “Next time you’ll know to bring your own shoes.” I would have expected a quick touch-up rather than a comment that felt dismissive. The services weren’t bad, but they also weren’t memorable. At around $240 for the massage and pedicure before tips, I expected a much more attentive spa and nail experience. There are plenty of spas at this price point that do a better job with both customer service and overall attention to detail.

  Impossible to get accurate pricing for an appointment, I kept receiving a vague “depends on experience” comment which doesn’t mean anything if I can’t even decide WHO does my service. Surely there is a starting price for the individual I’m booking with but no one will give me a price range. When I got my nails done there, the staff were so cold and rude I felt like I was in high school again surrounded by bullies making snarky comments about the customer’s bodies, fashion and general appearance behind their backs. What kind of beauty environment is this? I don’t want to be around people who probably make comments about me when I leave their store. It’s so gross.
