During just 20 minutes in the store, I was approached 7 times asking “Do you need help?” and employees were literally following me around, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The selection was very limited and I couldn’t find what I was looking for. When I was ready to pay, I found out they don’t even accept the Sephora credit card at Sephora 🤦🏼♀️ Also, after spending almost $150, they didn’t offer a single sample. Definitely not the shopping experience I expect

Associate corrected the billing issue, but I was disappointed with the overall customer service experience. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and when I asked if any compensation could be offered for the mistake and extra trip back to the store, the response felt dismissive. I understand errors can happen, but I expected a more understanding and professional approach.

I am not even exaggerating how bad the experience is. The service is consistently a struggle and it feels like there is zero oversight.
