  just wanted to shoutout both Sarah & Shawn! Absolutely amazing experience with both, Sarah helped both myself & a good friend of mine try out products and i even ended up buying an amazing lip liner i never knew i needed! Shawn also helped me match with a new foundation i was stressing about finding the right shade he took time to help me match with a new shade I absolutely love! Give them everything they’re amazing people, felt like i was shopping with friends not just associates doing their job! 10/10

  I was visiting from out of town and it was my first time at Sephora Woodfield, I was greeted instantly and helped by Bella. She helped me find not only what i came in for, but also recommended some of her favorite products which Iended up trying and loving. Bella made my experience so wonderful and pleasant.

  Vi was so helpful! I brought up a very popular conditioner to the counter, trying something new, and she suggested one that suited my hair better. She was very understanding and informative and after using the conditioner she recommended for a week, I WILL be buying more!

  I had the best experience with Bella at Sephora. She took the time to really understand my skin and somehow found me the perfect foundation match, which has never happened this easily before. On top of that, she helped me build a skincare routine that completely transformed my skin. I’ve noticed such a difference in texture, glow, and overall confidence. What I loved most was how knowledgeable and genuine she was… she didn’t just sell products, she created a full routine across makeup, skincare, and even fragrance that all worked together. It felt so personalized and thoughtful. Truly one of the best beauty experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be going back to Bella every time 🤍

  The cashier was rude after I gave an unopened setting powder that I bought online and was leaking in the container it came in. She made faces with other cashier showing her my return item, as if I was asking a refund from her pocket. She was condescending throughout the refund process. At the end when I still said “thanks so much” she ignored me & screamed “next” as if I did something wrong to her!! I have been to other Sephora and cashier there are welcoming. Definitely something is wrong with this Sephora staff! Too much attitude!!!
