    I booked a makeup application with Joana at the Woodfield location. My experience with her was exceptional and I will be returning to book another session . Thank you again for making me look like a model. JOANA is very knowledgeable in her work and would highly recommend her.

    Went to this Mac a couple days ago because it's a mall it's a very small space and very crowded yet when I went I was greeted and helped by Bernice F. She was super sweet and kind and very attentive Even though she was helping me and other guest all at the same time. She made sure we all felt seen and heard and was helping us find what we needed. Every time I've gone to this Mac I would say it's not my favorite one to visit but after going in and getting help from Bernice I'd definitely stop in again if I see her in the store. Some of the best help I've ever gotten. ❤️

    I’ve come here twice to purchase very specific items and I’ve had Morgan help me twice and she was very lovely and not pushy and helped me find just what I needed. I felt very comfortable so I will be coming back!
