  nonstop harassment by workers had to leave because I couldn’t turn around with having a worker give me recommendations just really uncomfortable experience. One of the workers had me smell her lotion then say my favorites were the viral mainstream ones ? Just weird experience order online instead of coming here

  franky gave us an amazing experience. they helped my sister out by giving these cards with words. by picking the words that resonated, they gave recommendations. i loved how creative the interaction was & chatting about it was fun! one of the recommendations was “chelsea morning” which i bought in the solid perfume stick. it has butterscotch & citrus notes combined, so if you like fresh, warm, fruity & sweet, it’s a great blend. i would’ve never thought to try this scent or assume i’d like it so thank you franky for helping us out!

  Customer service is horrible here. Went inside to look around and tried a soap but when we did a lady came up to us asking if we had bought from lush before and proceeded to throw away the bar of soap in the trash. I’m not sure if we weren’t suppose to use it but it was out in the open and next to the sink. She was very rude and passive aggressive. Worst experience I’ve had and makes me not want to return. Hopefully they hire better people in a store that has unique products and is pretty small.

  I've always passed by but never stopped in til my son got me a shampoo from there for Mother's Day. It worked so good so this time when I passed I stopped in. I didn't catch the young lady's name but she was the cashier for me on Aug 1st around noon. She gave me a sample for my hair and explained everything about how it works( it dyes it) I think it's so cool I can decide sizes of soap . I walked out happy my son found this place.

  This was my first time visiting Lush, and it was such a great experience thanks to Devin! We came in because we had heard about the Sanrio collection and wanted to learn more about the scrubs and other tiktok viral products. Devin greeted us right away, made us feel welcome, and took the time to answer every question we had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed. Devin's recommendations were helpful, and they made our first visit so much fun. Excellent customer service like this is why we'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Devin, for making our first Lush experience so memorable!
