The massage was extremely rough, and even after asking multiple times for less pressure, it didn’t change. It felt painful the entire time. I left more tense than when I came in, and now my whole body is sore, very sensitive, and I even have some bruising — which should not happen from a professional massage. The tipping situation was also very uncomfortable — after already tipping we were chased to our car and told it “should be” $20. Completely unprofessional. We also noticed a fire extinguisher that appeared out of date with a camera placed on it, which felt odd and concerning. I also woke up the next day with severe vertigo, which I’ve never experienced after a massage before. At this point, I am requesting a full refund. This experience felt unsafe and unprofessional, and I would appreciate management reaching out to resolve this directly.
