  Dermani is hands down the best medspa in the area. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and professional. I'm a school bus driver and my schedule fluctuates and I've had to cancel and reschedule multiple times, and they are always so accommodating over the phone. Anaisa, the injector is AWESOME, she really took the time to ask me what I wanted, answered my 3 million questions, shared her opinion, and made sure I was happy with my results. Which I was!!! She even went the extra mile to offer me a special deal which I really appreciated since I'm on a tight budget, but still deserve to look and feel youthful and gorgeous🥰 Anaisa made that happen for me. My self confidence has been boosted in so many ways. Thanks so much!!!! I'll be back in a few months!!!

  I had been nervous to try botox or lip fillers for a long time and the staff at Park Ridge made me feel completely comfortable and reassured! I came in for a free consultation where I spoke with Patrice about areas of concern and what could be done with botox to improve them. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a lot of helpful information, I came back later in the week and got botox from a different injector (sorry can't remember her name) and she was so sweet! I was nervous about the pain and she was very reassuring and continuously checked in with me to see how I was doing. She was conservative in the amount, which I appreciated since it was my first time, and I didn't feel pressured to do more than I wanted. 1 week out from the botox injections and so far I love the results! The front staff was so sweet too, super helpful and attentive. They helped me sign up to get coupons which took money off both my visits! Everyone was so great, I ended up coming back a week after the botox for lip filler! I had another different injector (sorry, I'm terrible with names) and she was great as well. I'm super happy with my lips so far, she didn't do too much for my first time but she did enough for a natural but noticeable result. I'm from Dallas, was in the area for work, and the front desk ladies let me know there is a dermani medspa in Dallas! So I will definitely be visiting the Dallas office! I was worried about going somewhere else when I got back to Texas, but having another dermani medspa close by makes things even easier, as they'll have a record of previous work done. Overall, dermani made it a great first experience with botox and filler.

  I went in to learn more about their services and was made to fill out an extensive questionnaire. I then had to provide my ID for a 2 min conversation with an esthetician. I was told someone would get back to me withing a few days about additonal, more specific, questions I had and was never contacted. All my personal data for a 2 min convo and then ghosted. update: I am addressing their response to my review. Their response screams entitlement. Not once did they say, let me find out what the issue is or apologize for any confusion. They think their snob like reply matters. For anyone considering this place please be aware of the following. There is a certain depth to skin procedures to have any effect and some of these have to be performed by a nurse, LPN, etc. The estheticians they use do NOT perform these beneficial skin procedures so you are only receiving topical procedures at best. I went in with the intent to learn more and felt their process is extremely intrusive in terms of having to scan your ID. I only agreed because I wanted to get the process moving forward but, after learning that no licensed professional was in the building, I asked that one call me back to confirm they could perform the deeper procedures. Yes, they did provide me with a referall for acne scarring but, they also left a note for the LPN to call me back. She did not and instead they posted this ridiculous response. Any business, small or large, needs to be held accountable and most people will remember bad experiences more than anything. This place is a giant money trap but if you are ok with shallow procedures by estheticians then you're ok - otherwise I highly recommend you do your research before comitting to them.
