  The salon has gotten so big it has forgotten customer service. Had a 5p appt sat for 30 mins at least 15 employees saw me sitting there finally was asked my name and was told my stylist's client before me had alot of hair. So you send me a ton of reminders about my appt but as a curtesy no one could tell me my appt was delayed and at 530 l wasnt even shampooed. My time is my time and once you are 30 minutes into my appt as a curtesy l should be asked to reschedule. I told them cancel me l have to leave...not one person tried to accommodate me offer me another option nothing...left like a bad deal at a car dealership. Customer service skills severely lacking.

  I used to come all the time but in the past recent years, experience has been poor. I got a facial today and the aesthetician’s video on her phone went off because she was clearly on her phone while my eyes were closed. She left the room and then returned to me hearing MORE clicking sounds as she was texting on her phone. She slathered lotion on my arms with little to no actual massage. I won’t be returning anymore. For the fact that a facial cost $130 it should be a relaxing experience.

  Michelle is fantastic, every time for over 5 years I would get an amazing haircut. She is meticulous, precise and a craftsman. Paying attention to every detail.

  She brought my hair back to life! I came in needing a refresh, and she completely transformed my hair. My haircut and blowout turned out amazing—my hair feels healthy, looks beautiful, and has so much movement and shine. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

  Second time for them.to get the cut right. First was wrong on my special Mother's Day. I asked for height via if multiple layers on the top. She called to only have the extra large round brush? She said the entire salon had zero smaller round styling brushes, weird? No height at all. Second time was a bit better but I questioned the top, stating that it looked like long layers which, if too long, can't provide height to cover thinning hair. The Stylist claimed the picture was short layers but I knew she was wrong. Long layers are 3 to 4 inches short layers are 1 to 2 inches. I'll never go there again. This is an edit to my previous review. I went into the Salon today and asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager I spoke with was not a trained Stylist do I was directed to an Educator. The Educator understood my issues after looking at the last cut and agreed to another try. It seems as if the cut was understood and the appointment is for this Sunday. I will update the review after the service appointment Once again, the customer service is 5 stars. Let's see what happens Sunday. Follow up on the third attempt today. Like I said before, this was not a difficult cut. I was informed by the Manager that some of the Stylist are what they call, Junior Stylist and have less experience than some of the others. The Manager stated that if I wanted a more experienced Stylist, the price would increase to $100. This is where they dropped the ball. How would I know who knows how to do what? I'm just the customer? If I had been informed, then I would have been able to make an informed decision. The requested cut was not difficult, it was done by a Great Clips Stylist in the past. The first two Stylist were Junior Stylist and it was not cut right. It felt as if they were not listening to my words? Today, it was one of the Educators, Becky and she did a great job, listened to my words and the cut was perfect. Despite this the customer service was awesome all the way around. Mario Tricoci, educate your customers please. Thank you Becky!!
