  My last experience wasn’t good with the rudeness of the spa technician, not given clear instructions of what she wanted me to do and on her phone the entire time. She left, and I wasn’t laying down when she returned so she left again and I opened the door and heard her talking about me to other techs. They saw me and didn’t respond to her. So I wouldn’t allow her to think about doing my massage and decided to leave. Those techs wanted to make things right, Coral & Paulina, so I stayed. I appreciate both of them for their kindness despite their rude coworker. This is a late review but I posted it because I have another gift card for services there but hesitant to return.

  My colorists, Ariel, was amazing. She walked me thru every step. If you go on a Saturday morning, make sure you give yourself time for parking. The lot gets pretty packed earlier. Between the salon patrons and the breakfast place next door, you may have to drive around a few times or park on the last row.

  Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING! I honestly was not ready for how much I was going to LOVE my hair! 😂 She completely exceeded my expectations, and I walked out feeling like a whole new person. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she was so fun to talk to and made the whole experience even better. I trusted her with my hair, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 1000/10 recommend Jennifer — and I will DEFINITELY be coming back! 💕✂️✨

  I am a frequent patron of Mario Tricocci and this is my second time visiting and the steam room was out of order. The salon definitely needs some remodeling. When I visit the downtown salon and spa or Oak Brook, there are so many more amenities that are available at the other spas as opposed to Orland Park, IL. spa and salon. I would love to see the facility upgraded because the price is the same no matter which salon you visit. I feel cheated most times when I visit the Orland Park salon because they are so limited with regard to amenities offered. Overall the spa needs major remodeling and modernization. Why are we paying the same price but receiving less spa services.

  FYI - they will not refund you for unsatisfactory services. I had booked an appointment with senior stylist for a hair cut. I just wanted a refresh on layers and some face framing. The stylist was very nice but unfortunately I am not happy at all with the haircut. the layers are very choppy and the “face framing” is just the large front section of my hair cut an inch and a half shorter than the rest with minimal blending into the rest of the length. There’s even a section cut so short it looks like I have a patch missing. I called for a refund and offered photos but the customer service manager said per their policy, they don’t refund. This isn’t stated clearly on the booking site however it is in their FAQ section so just wanted to post the review to make others aware of the policy to avoid the frustration i’m feeling. She offered to book me an apt with someone else to fix it as part of their “satisfaction guarantee” but this was my first time there and if this was the work of one of their senior employees, then I’m not inclined to trust them again. Update: 3 days since they responded to my review, still no contact from a manager or management team. Seems like they respond that to all negative reviews to make it seem like they care but clearly they don’t actually have any intention of rectifying the situation.
