  I booked a deluxe hydrafacial for today. I’ve had this facial three or four times before with two different technicians but today it was different. I’m not sure if the way the technician layered the product or what, but my skin was not smooth at the end. It was kind of caked. I actually had to wash it off when I got home. Not as gentle either. The gloves seemed to be too big she was wearing, this made my experience uncomfortable and not relaxing. The essential oil I could barely smell it at the end. Usually that’s used at the beginning. The product was running all over my face. It was apparent the technician wasn’t as experienced as the other technicians. The times I’ve booked this facial prior to, I didn’t have this experience. I also had to tell her to do certain parts of my face that were missed. She explained why she was avoiding them but unfortunately, for $270 expectations are pretty high. The Lady was nice but overall, I wasn’t pleased with the outcome service today. I’m not sure, maybe she was new.

  The stylist and ladies were amazing but to change service providers last minute for non customer issue then charging a higher price for same service is not fair to your customer. Wasn't told this till after service was already done and I was paying. Not right for high class service. but truly 5 stars for the ladies working. Also the ladies on one side have all the supplies on the other side they have to run to get everything from the other side. would be nice for all your stylist to keep products on all sides so they can service their customers faster. thank you

  Ben and Dylan did THE most amazing job on my hair! As a former hair stylist, you tend to become picky on who does your hair. And I’m so grateful I trusted these two! I left crying, I never felt so pretty in all my mommy years. ❤️

  I had a phenomenal time at Tricoci on Mother’s Day! Dylan is an amazing artist and made my day excellent with a wonderful time at the salon. She heard my desires and made sure I left happy with my haircut. The products also smell soo wonderful. Aubrey, one of their estheticians, also helped me out with picking the right products for my skin type which I greatly appreciate. Thank you ladies and I can’t wait to come back!
