  I was disappointed with my recent experience at Sephora. The store appeared to be severely understaffed, which resulted in extremely long wait times just to check out. During my visit, there seemed to be only one employee, who name is karima and she was handling the register while a large number of customers were waiting in line and stocking up. This created unnecessary delays and frustration for customers. More importantly, expecting a single employee to manage such a heavy workload is unfair and raises concerns about staffing practices. Employees should not be put in a position where they are solely responsible for serving an entire store during busy periods. I also went to the front store to see if anyone could help and spoke with a girl who had blonde hair and it was up in a bun and headbands and she was refusing to check me out which was rude.I hope management addresses these staffing issues to better support both employees and customers

  Karima helped me out throughout everything, she was so sweet and helpful! Though I’ve noticed that she was the only one working and had to attend to multiple customers.

  I recently visited Sephora to continue purchasing products from Kérastase, a brand I regularly use and trust. During that visit, I purchased the anti-frizz Glazed Milk, and based on my positive experience with the brand, I was interested in trying their anti-frizz shampoo as well. I politely asked for a sample so I could evaluate the product before committing to a full purchase. However, the experience was quite disappointing. I noticed that when I requested the sample, one associate made a comment to her colleague before handing it to me, and I was ultimately given an extremely small container—clearly insufficient for even a single proper use. While I understand that samples are limited, providing such a minimal amount for a hair product makes it impossible to properly test its effectiveness. It also comes across as lacking consideration for the customer. As a loyal customer of both the brand and the store, I expected a more professional and thoughtful experience. Situations like this negatively impact the overall perception of customer service and make future purchases less appealing.
