- DKDebra Kramarski3 days ago5.0I always have a great experience at this store. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Exceptional service from Cat and Mia!!
- FHFawn HinesSep 28, 20265.0We had the BEST experience at Lush in Orland Square this weekend. I brought 12 girls into the store to pick a bath bomb as a party favor after a birthday party at Slick City. I thought it was going to be a hot mess but Mia and Riley treated the girls so kindly. They even tested out a bath bomb for them and did a special sugar scrub treatment and glitter dusting on their hands. It was so awesome. They did not need to go above and beyond, but they did and they were incredibly patient with our gang of 10 year old girls!!! My birthday girl felt so special!!!
- ESEmma SuzanneAug 21, 20265.0We love this Lush store! The employees are always sweet & helpful. Hannah is the BEST there. She is just such a kind person. She is always so patient with my kids when they play with the bath bomb. She always gives them sparkle dust as well. Please give this wonderful girl a raise! She goes above $ beyond.
- SMSarah MontesAug 6, 20265.0I have been having the worst week and I was working and when I finished my shift, I decided to maybe shop around grab some things that I needed and not only was everybody so lovely to me at this Lush, But Mia truly made my entire day! She like walked me through some of the new Halloween stuff and help me smell every single thing and updated me on some of The items that I love that were discontinued and did offer me some other options. And she also did a little random act of kindness for me and it just like immediately uplifted me. Great team everyone was so nice and I definitely look forward to coming back!! <3
