  I decided to come to this Sephora even though it’s a little farther from home, and I’m honestly SO glad I did. I had previously gone to the Ulta and Sephora closer to me, and unfortunately, the attitude and attentiveness just weren’t there. My experience here was completely different. The lady who helped me was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. I immediately complimented her on her customer service because she welcomed me with a smile and genuinely wanted to help. I honestly didn’t really know what I wanted and was pretty indecisive, but she was so patient and took the time to explain everything, break down my options, help me with shade matching, and even give me her personal recommendations. With every product I was unsure about, she never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, she offered different options and continued to help me with such a positive attitude. That level of customer service is something I really appreciate, especially because I didn’t receive that same experience at other locations. There were three ladies working, and they all seemed so sweet and welcoming. The cashier who helped me was also incredibly kind and helpful. You could genuinely tell that these ladies enjoy their jobs and actually care about making customers feel welcomed and taken care of. I usually don’t write reviews, but these ladies genuinely deserve to be acknowledged! The woman who helped me and the cashier were AMAZING, and they made my entire experience so much better. I will absolutely be making the extra drive to come to this location from now on. (I arrived at 7 pm so whoever was working the late shift today, you guys are amazing!!)

  unhelpful, rude and prejudiced staff. Only help the yte people and follow the Black people around. LOL....then the Yte Women with the fake Gucci purse card got declined. Huge mistake. Black people have money 💰 🤑

  I stopped by Sephora yesterday and was very impressed with the great service provided by Becca! Becca helped to match me in the correct foundation color after a Sephora rep at a different location placed me in the wrong color. Becca also helped me pick a concealer and I'm very happy with my products! Becca was patient, personable and professional. Thank you Becca!

  I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Maya, the person who was cashier. I understand that everyone has busy days, but as a customer spending my money on products, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, I felt like I was an inconvenience and that she didn’t want to help me. I wasn’t asking for anything for free. I was simply looking for assistance while making a purchase. A friendly attitude and willingness to help make a big difference in the shopping experience. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve customer service, because Sephora is known for providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience, and this interaction did not reflect that.
