  ★★★★★ I had such an amazing experience with Bethany at Tricoci in Oak Brook! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page before starting my color service. She is so knowledgeable and has such a great eye for creating beautiful, natural-looking color that complements your skin tone and style. My hair came out absolutely gorgeous—blended, shiny, healthy, and even better than I imagined! Bethany was also so friendly and made the entire appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling so confident and received so many compliments on my hair. If you’re looking for an amazing colorist in the Oak Brook area, I highly recommend booking with Bethany!

  I tried for the first time tricoci spa, I had Rihanna as my esthetician and I can only said I have never had a facial like the one she did, it was amazing, she communicated well and make me feel comfortable also did one of the best massages I had in a while and speaking of massages I also saw Tyler and he did an incredible job as well I came in like broken with pain on my upper back and hips and he definitely help me because after the massage I was able to move like if I was 10 years younger. I can’t wait to keep having services in the spa and get some self love to the next level

  Lupe is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly, genuine, and welcoming, and always makes you feel comfortable in her chair. She styles my hair exactly how I like it every time, and I’m always so happy with the results. My hair holds its style for days, which is such a bonus! She is also always on time, professional, and truly takes pride in what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling their best. I always look forward to my appointments with Lupe and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and wonderful hairstylist!

  UPDATE: I previously left a very negative review after an upsetting haircut experience, but after how the salon handled the situation, I feel it’s only fair to completely update my review and rating. After learning about my experience, the manager reached out to me personally. From the beginning, she was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about what had happened. I never felt like she was simply trying to make a negative review go away—she actually listened to me, acknowledged why I was so upset, and wanted to find a way to make the situation right. I recently returned to the salon to have my hair corrected, and the experience could not have been more different. I was treated with so much care, and my hair turned out beautifully. After being so nervous about letting anyone touch my hair again, I left feeling genuinely happy and relieved. They also worked with me on a plan to help get my hair back to where I want it as it continues to grow. What impressed me most was the level of accountability and care from management. Mistakes and bad experiences can happen anywhere, but how a business responds afterward says a lot about them. They could have dismissed my concerns or simply apologized and moved on. Instead, they went above and beyond to listen to me, take responsibility, and rebuild my trust. I don’t take changing my original review from 1 star to 5 stars lightly, especially considering how upset I was after my first appointment. But I also believe businesses deserve recognition when they genuinely make an effort to correct a bad experience. The way this situation was handled completely changed my impression of the salon. I’m extremely grateful to the manager and everyone who helped make my return experience such a positive one. I feel much more confident about my hair now, and most importantly, I feel like my concerns were truly heard and taken seriously. Thank you for making things right and for showing how much you care about your clients.

  Brittany is fabulous. I would give this review five stars if it was just about her. I started going to her seven or eight months ago after my previous tech really wasn’t living up to par. Brittany managed to clean everything up and slowly was able to rebuild my extensions. I will go to her as long as I can! My concern is that she can only do single lashes. I really need fans. I have fine, short lashes of my own.. She said she’s supposed to be getting training to make them which has not happened. She could apply premade fans, which would be fine with me, but she is not being supplied any. I certainly hope Tricoci will do the right thing and allow her to fans, either handmade or premade before the end of August. My son is getting married at the beginning of September and I would really like to go with a full set of lashes. I really don’t want to have to go to yet another new tech at this point. I’m very satisfied with Brittany.
