I found Lupe because I needed someone really good to fix a bad haircut. She was wonderful! She explained what she would do and that the full fix would take 2 more cuts. I left the salon feeling so much better and my hair looked great. Can't wait to see what she does for the next step!

I had a wonderful experience with Dayana. She was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my appointment. I am very happy with the excellent customer service I received. I will definitely return and recommend Tricoci to others.

I went here and they botched my hair and then the manager told me to come back and get it fixed after driving an hour there the assistant manager said that’s too bad that they won’t even fix it after making me drive an hour there. The assistant manager said they would do nothing after the stylist gave me a few options on what we could do: and said she would get a second opinion on what options we can do: They had another stylist dan come up and rip my hair out of my head. I said that’s assault. The stylists and managers Refused to even say that they were sorry. I told the asst manager I feel like I was just assaulted. I feel like I need to record this to protect myself after Dan said good luck with your hair and pulled out strands of my hair out of my head.. prior to turning my camera on she was screaming at me then I turned on my camera she stomped away and she said “I don’t consent to being recorded” and started making a scene in the salon. Initially she said she would send me home with treatments to aid the breakage caused by her stylist. But then after she started screaming and yelling because o said I wanted to protect myself she told me to leave as I was crying after being assaulted by their male stylist. I was in complete shock that any of this happened. Tears started welling up in my eyes as I was lead to believe 1) the stylist was getting someone to help me in what we COULD do not assault me 2) the asst manager said they would do something then as soon as I said I don’t consent to being assaulted and having my hair ripped out of my head she tried to make me feel like the bad guy for not wanting a man to physically abuse me. 3) I told the assistant manager at first I was going to wait for the manager because she told me on the phone before coming in that she would do anything she could to help me but boy did that tune change. I told asst manager I would wait for manager respectfully as I thought she cared but then asst manager threatened me with mall security when I was sitting silently by myself in a corner. She said we have other clients! Your taking up room you can gooo!!! Screaming in the salon. I started bawling crying gathered my kids and said we are leaving . I ended up bumping into manager on the way out and pulled her aside to let her know the situation she defended her asst managers abuse and the physical assault from the stylist and she said he’s been here for years and not a complaint. I told her as I was crying from a man hurting me well this I guess is the first one! She did not care nor did she apologize. Cruel and inhumane treatment. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life. This is not how you treat human beings I see the bottom comment not one person has reached out

The stylist was nice & friendly but the curly style was just OK - not worth $90 IMO. I wish I took a picture but didn't because I wasn't excited about it. The appointment was quicker than I anticipated - max 30 minutes with shampoo. The curls were a bit frizzy for my liking. I was expecting my hair to look like what curly stylists post on social media not your typical style after a wet cut when your curls have been touched repeatedly. I can get a better style myself that lasts multiple days and simply wanted a stylist to do that for me as a splurge to myself. Picture is after I did MY OWN curly hair routine a few days later & expected - NOT what I received.

Apologies in advance for the novel 🙃 Today I went in at 2pm as a new client and it felt like I was catching up with long-time friends. Words nor pictures could explain how phenomenal, Amara, my colorist aka the blonde correcting scientist, and Krynn my stylist aka the hair cutting/ round brush queen made the entire experience. I came in with a wikd range of tangarine botched balayage/correction/full highlight attempt from another salon on espresso colored hair that looked & felt beyond repair- walked out feeling like I just won a pageant. No car sales vibes and not rushed, actually both my phenomenal stylists stayed afterhours to ensure I was not only satisfied, but educated me on products and helped me book my next appointment. If you need color correction or want a customized experience, have damaged hair and want to pamper yourself... book these two!! Trust me your self confidence will skyrocket within a few hours like mine has- 5 stars is not near enough to give these two ladies, and the place is stunning.
