  Horrible experience. Was late due to driving around the parking lot for 30 minutes to park. Obscene. Then, Brittany upstairs at the hair checkin was unwilling to help me, telling me to calm down and speak to her nicely. Really? I was panting and panicking from running after an hour drive to get there and a half hour driving in circles in pure panic. I have been a client of Mario Tricoci since likely before this person was born, but now I shall never return to any Mario Tricoci again. I also sent in a customer service complaint and was ignored. Mario Tricoci - you're grtting too big for good service and it shows. Looking forward to giving your competition a try.

  I’ve seen Brittney several times in the past 18 months and I’m always impressed. My skin is glowing and a stubborn milia is gone now thanks to her magic! I really appreciated that she walked me through the products and did a test patch to ensure everything was good for my sensitive skin. She also perfectly waxed my eyebrows. Barely hurt at all and no redness after. Also, Brittney’s lymphatic drainage massage had the perfect amount of pressure and pace. Overall it is always a relaxing experience and I felt like a million bucks afterwards. I recommend her to everyone!

  I want to begin by saying that I’ve truly enjoyed visiting your salon over the past seven years and have always appreciated working with Marta (Best Mani Ever) and Gwen. Recently, however, I’ve noticed a decline in the selection and consistency of nail polish colors. On my last visit, I selected a color that appeared the same for both my manicure and pedicure, but the results were noticeably different. I think refreshing and improving the polish selection would greatly enhance the overall experience.Please bring back the Poppi Color for no- chip. Additionally, I’ve been a regular customer—visiting every two weeks—and I’ve noticed that some of the benefits that once rewarded loyal customers, such as the mall employee discount and rewards program, are no longer offered. As a long-time, consistent client, it would be wonderful to see some form of loyalty recognition reinstated. I value the convenience of your Oak Brook location and would very much like to continue coming in the future. My intention in sharing this feedback is to support the salon’s continued success and improvement. Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to see some of these enhancements in the future.

  Went and got a much-needed massage there a couple weeks ago and it was the best massage of my life! Charlie was amazing and hit all my problem areas and worked those knots out. He was quiet and respectful and just seriously the best experience. The staff I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back there and see Charlie again!

  I have been coming here for years! Stephanie and Shannan are GREAT and that’s why I keep coming! However, during the past few years, Tricoci keeps changing their systems and the issues are never fixed timely, and they make trying to book appointments harder than it needs to be. The latest (major) issue has been happening for probably a year, or more at this point, and has still not been fixed. Issue: using the app or the website, you cannot book more than one service in the same category. You have to book separate appointments which is frustrating because you need to know how long each service is (which Tricoci changes randomly) and then you risk booking 2 appointments but there is a different client in between. Then you get multiple confirmations, you cannot check in to all your services. How frustrating and inefficient! I waited this long to write this because I figured this was something that would get fixed a lot sooner but it still hasn’t. 😕 If you always book onsite, you’ll be fine, but if you want the convenience of booking more than one service online in 2026, it is broken.
