  Went in to smell the smells with my mom and Moira was such a kind, wonderful human to us. Mom has really severe allergies and she took her time reading through ingredients to help her find something that would work for her skin. Faith in humanity restored for the day!

  Even though I was not at the oakbrook location I met Barb during a pop-up at the millennium Park near the bean and she was absolutely an experience if you are her manager and you are reading this I need you to make sure that Barb is always taking care of that's one of your precious employees because she is making sure that everyone is welcome she's educating everyone I don't even know what toner water is but she gave me a rundown on it and made me feel like I could be that bad girly with a facial routine. Anyway this seems to be running a little bit long but I want to make sure that I give her her flowers, she is the best she is the greatest she is lush and she is the moment

  Me and my sister visited this location yesterday. This was my first outing since my mom passed last week and I was in search of an outfit and a scent to wear to her funeral. This fact matters because when I walked into the store, I was greeted and helped by an amazing staff. I can’t remember all the ladies names because I’m just having a fuzzy brain right now due to grief. They were so nice, bubbly, helpful, insightful, and just overall great people to exist during a day like this. I spoke to everyone on staff that day and they are all so phenomenal. Couldn’t have picked a better team to run this location. Barb was written on my receipt so if that’s the managers name, you rock 🥲❤️‍🩹

  Lily was so thorough with helping me!!!! I came in to restock some products I use but left feeling so confident about trying new things I have been thinking of getting for a while. This location is very helpful and really knows their stuff. However, this last time skyrocketed my expectations. Right away when I walked in the door, Lily was there and chatted with me for about 15-20 minutes really explaining some new products I wanted to try. She answered everything, knew her stuff, and you could just tell how much she loves what she does. She is the perfect representation for what Lush is as a brand. I have being using Lush products for about 10 years, and I always have a wonderful experience. But now i can say hands down, this was my favorite interaction and I cannot wait to continue going to this location because of Lily’s service!! She could’ve easily showed me a few products, talked about the ingredients and continued on, but she really listened and took care of me as a customer! Thank you Lily!!!
