  I visited this location on 6/22/2026. I’ve been here a few times and today wasn’t any different. The women who work at this Sephora have terrible customer service. They do not greet you when you enter the store. I walked in planning to make a purchase. The associate whose name tag said “Irene,” I asked her for assistance. She was rude about it and it immediately made me tell her nevermind. In this economy, I work too hard for my money to give it a store whose employees can’t even treat me like a human. I’m so happy Ulta has opened a location in this plaza. Sephora has lost me as a customer.

  “Very disappointing experience at Sephora. The employees were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. Whenever I needed assistance or had questions, nobody tried to help or solve anything — they were just there to ring people up. The customer service was poor and made me feel ignored. I definitely would not return to this location.”

  First time coming in, I asked one of the employees to help me find a match for my skin tone & she seemed so bothered by it. I don’t understand why people work in retail if their customer service sucks.

  Customer service is fine but omg all their spf products (probably all products I didn’t check) are expired , double check
