  I am Angela Brown and I wanted to wait a few weeks before posting this review, but now that my suspicion is confirmed I will give my opinion. I have come twice to this location with different stylist and I realized it was a mistake. Each time I requested a specific haircut it was not done correctly or they didn't know how. It was a fade/tapered on the sides and back but keep length at the top. Didn't happen. My 2nd visit same request, but wanted color correction as well. When the stylist first did my natural hair she finished making me look like homey the clown. I told her I couldn't leave looking like this, but for her to think this was a look shocked me. Then I requested the cut even showing the image again and she seemed confused so I said trim my ends and roller set. As for my color it didn't come out correctly, my texture is gone and has not returned thus the reason for the review. I NEVER wanted my texture straightened but it is. I know that this is not just a color issue and have been told my hair is now damaged. I expected some texture change but to be straight means something was put on my hair to do this that I didn't ask for. Totally disappointed and would not recommend this place.

  Claudia did a WONDERFUL job on my silk press! She tamed EVERY curl!! My Mom got a color touch up with Jenny & her color was sparkling! Thank You Ladies for a Magnificent Monday of getting me & my Mom together!!!

  I scheduled an appointment online for 8/29 at 5:45pm for partial root touch-up and haircut w/out blowout. I get a call the same day asking me to reschedule or cancel my appointment because it was too late since my service involved color.

  While I was pleased with the final outcome of my hair, my stylist, Mariana was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. While washing my hair, she rudely asked, "Did it fall out?" When I responded "huh?" she replied, "Has your hair always been this thin, or did it fall out?" I took the rude tone of the question as an anomaly and answered anyway. Later, while sitting in the chair, she asked me when was my last haircut. I responded, "I don't remember the date." She then rudely asked, "Was it during the pandemic?" Mind you it is July of 2023. When I clarified that it was not too long ago, she rudely asked if I had cut it myself. Why would I grab scissors and attempt to cut my own hair? I was extremely uncomfortable and offended throughout the entire duration of my service. I hope Mariana will learn the impact of her words and line of questioning in the future... not just as a professional but as a human being in society.
