- JOJulissa OrtizJun 29, 20261.0The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. The makeup area was completely disorganized with products all over and some had no samples. There were no new swatch cards to use in the fragrance area until I went to an employee and asked for some. She was visibly annoyed I interrupted her conversation at the register, turned to her coworker, and said “bro I just saw some.” Another woman came up from behind me and asked the worker for some too because she knew there was none in the fragrance area. The employee then went to fill the containers, but not that would matter because almost none of the fragrances had caps on to actually smell the products! This store is a just a complete mess from the organization, products displayed, and employees. Would rather take a drive to a different location than return, even if this one is the closest to me. Do better! Please zoom in to see how almost none of the colognes have caps on.

Everything’s a mess, associates talk amongst themselves and don’t offer any help. Paper all over the floor. It literally looks like a tornado spun through this section of the store.
- SAStephanie AcostaMar 8, 20261.0I tried to return a Sephora online & in store purchase, I think it sucks that Sephora doesn’t let you return at kohls + sephora. I do not have a closer Sephora near me at all. I’d have to drive to Skokie or rosemont or downtown. So that’s one issue. But as I did ask the employee about an item she just took me to the section and didn’t offer to help. That’s when I decided not to buy anything from here. I did in fact need help that’s why I asked for the item and section. I go look for myself and they don’t have the item I wanted so when I turn the employee is far gone by then. Food for thought.

This is a systemic problem of not keeping thier companies, (not just this brand/ location but many many others !) posted and proper business hours. Read other reviews almost every page has a few stating same issue!!
