I never write poor views. I have gone to this salon a few times and had good experiences. Living far, it was worth the drive for me. They will send you text thru out the week to confirm your appointment. Recent appointment, I was already 25 mins into the drive to my appointment, ( I live an hour away) and they sent a text, not a call saying my appointment was cancelled. I had to call myself. Being 6 mo postpartum , I had been looking forward to this appointment all week, making sure I had arrangements for child care, and confirmed my appointment thru out the week. So, getting a text 35 mins before my appointment was heartbreaking. I was told there was and hour later slot with someone else, and when I said that I couldn’t do that, because of how far and child care. I find it very unfortunate and frustrating that I would have been charged the full amount for the appointment, if I canceled 30 mins prior to, but I was told “they just called off sorry” super unfortunate situation, hoping they could come out with a difference system for customers who are in this spot, and not just a reschedule. I completely understand things happen. But I find it super disheartening that I would have been charged the full service if I cancelled, but nothing for customers who’s appointment was cancelled 30 mins before.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I came to this salon in September 2025 requesting a balayage and unfortunately did not receive the service I asked for. Instead of a blended balayage, I was given streaky highlights that were uneven and did not resemble the reference I had provided. It was pale and yellow hue that looked ashy. The layered haircut I requested was also nowhere near the reference image and was uneven. I returned for a correction, during which additional product was applied. Idk if it was bleach or toner tbh. However, the result still did not resolve the issue and my hair condition worsened significantly. While the salon did provide a refund for the color service, the long-term damage to my hair has been severe. I had to go to another salon to get my color and cut fixed. 3 color corrections and trims later, my hair is still damaged. It’s been 9 months, my hair remains extremely dry, brittle, and prone to breakage. I have experienced unusual texture issues (including stickiness at the roots even after washing) and have had to spend additional money with another stylist and hair products. At this point, I have tried everything- different products, stylists, remedies but the problem seems to be unresolved. Despite consistent aftercare, including protein treatments, oils, and professional services, my hair has not returned to its original condition. I am sharing this to provide an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision. While I appreciate the refund, the overall service resulted in lasting damage and significant additional expense to correct it.

Highly disappointed in the manicure I received from this location. I got the no chip Apres Gel-X and to say it didn't impress is an understatement. The nail was no pushed down down to the cuticle so I am under a week and look like it's over grown. There is excess glue that spilled over and hardened from the gel that gives a shotty look as well as the paint on the nail itself being missed on tne sides on several nails. There was so much excessive glue of the ring finger that it pulled from my nail and ripped off. For me to sit for an hour and a half and pay 100+, this is poor quality. I've gotten massages and haircuts at this location- have received fantastic service each time. This was a learning lesson- don't go to this location for Nails and save your money by going to an actual nail shop. During my nail appointment the women made an odd comment that I don't think was intended to be malicious either but rubbed me the wrong way. My mother in law got me a gift card for Christmas and I mentioned it to the women doing my nails. She stated later if I was going to show my mother in law her "investment". Once again, don't think she meant it malicious but I'm not an object or an investment, it was a lovely gift that my mother in law for me that has been ruined.

I typically don’t leave 1-star reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I had an appointment scheduled at 6:15 PM with Colette for a single-process color. When I booked the appointment through the online portal and selected her as the colorist, the estimated cost was listed at approximately $120. I understand that pricing can vary, but I do expect some level of transparency and consistency when booking services. When I arrived, Colette initially complimented my current hair (brown with highlights), but then questioned my decision to go back to a single dark brown color. Rather than feeling guided or supported, I felt uncertain and somewhat discouraged about my choice—even though I knew exactly what I wanted. A more reassuring and collaborative approach would have made a big difference. Shortly after, I was informed that the service would cost $160, which was significantly higher than the quoted estimate I received when booking. This was not clearly explained beforehand, which added to my frustration. During the application process, I felt the service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The color was slapped onto my head —within about 15–20 minutes—and it felt careless at times, as I ended up with color on my sweatshirt and hands. The overall experience came across as unprofessional, and it gave me the impression that the service was being hurried, possibly due to the time of day. Afterward, I was taken to the shampoo station. While the assistant was kind, the experience felt minimal—there was no conditioner massage or the level of care I’ve typically received during similar services. Once I was seated at the dryer, my hair was still quite wet, which I didn’t mind. However, Colette briefly came by, said it looked good, handed me her business card, and quickly left. Overall, I paid $160 for a service that felt rushed, inattentive, and not worth the cost. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed, as though my money was not well spent. ***Update: I reached out to customer relations as requested and I received no response. It's been 4 days since I sent the email. Disappointed.
