Javier literally just gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. (And that’s saying a lot because I’ve had a ton of massages!) He listens so incredibly well, and really focuses on your problem areas in a way that still feels very nurturing and relaxing. The only tough part about leaving this review is I worry I’m gonna make him harder to book with! 🤣 Thank you, Javier. That was incredible!

The NOW Massage has truly been such a calming and supportive experience for me during a difficult season of recovery. From the atmosphere to the professionalism and kindness of the staff, I’ve consistently felt welcomed, respected, and cared for. The environment is peaceful, clean, and exactly the type of space you want when trying to decompress and heal. One thing I especially appreciate is how comfortable and stress-free the experience feels from start to finish. That level of customer care really matters. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, professional, and restorative experience in Naperville.

Have you ever enjoyed a massage establishment so much that you recommend it to your grown child and even your ex-wife? Because I have. Highly recommended. Especially my regular massage therapist, Jade. She is the reason I became a member. She expertly adjusts pressure as needed (usually without prompting), explains which add-ons might be beneficial, and displays the utmost professionalism. Two thumbs up!

For the massage itself, Jennifer does a fantastic job! I've been going to her regularly for months and leave feeling considerably better every single time. She's very skilled and has great attention to detail. A couple small points about business flow I don't love-- when booking you're asked to select pressure preference, and anything more than "light to medium" comes with a $20 up charge. And, as others have noted, the tipping process is awkward. It would be nice to be able to tip in a more discreet way, rather than in front of others in the small waiting room.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was uncomfortable. I was greeted by a staff member who came across as unwelcoming. When I asked to use the restroom, I was given instructions with an attitude—told to walk quietly through the hallway and make sure my phone was off. It felt more like I was in someone’s private home than a professional business. When my appointment time came, the masseuse spent about five minutes explaining the process, then left the room and didn’t return for another five minutes. As a result, the actual massage time was closer to 30–35 minutes, even though I was charged for a 50 minutes session. The pricing also felt misleading. The front desk did not honor the advertised $30 new customer coupon and added a $20 “deep tissue” fee. However, the massage itself did not resemble a deep tissue massage—it felt more like a light oil application rather than proper technique. To top it off, on my way out, I was pointed to a tip guide suggesting $30 per 50 minutes, which is excessive—especially considering the shortened session and overall quality. Overall, not a good experience, and I wouldn’t return
