I walked into the store for less than two minutes just to quickly look around and before I entered (it was 4 pm) she was already like “just so you know we close at 5.” Um, yeah duh. I know. It’s like they’re just focused on being in the store to remind everyone they’re closing. Irritating business model. It’s Iike they’re overly focused on the concept of time. It’s not like I was going in there to stop them from closing and getting home by getting a bunch of things or pestering them about products lol. 🙄 Calm down. I’m sick of the attitudes.

- JBJodene BaumannApr 24, 20261.0Sephora makes it so hard to return anything! If you pay with Paypal and return it should go back on to the original form of payment. Every other store has that capability but not Sephora and God forbid if you are past a day or two on the 30 days. They fight with you. Yesterday I went to return items, was within the 30 days, was told all they could do was give me a store credit. The lady at the register was a snot! I asked her if I had to use the store credit in store or if I could use it online because I didn’t want to give this store anymore of my business. She said I could use it online. Went to use it in a Sephora at Kohl’s store today and couldn’t use it there. Then went home to shop online and can’t use it there either. The snot associate told me wrong information so now back to the store I go. I truly hate Sephora! I try to go through Ulta on everything but there are certain brands you just can’t get there which forces you to go to Sephora. I try my best to avoid Sephora at all costs.
