  100/10 service from Livy at the Lush store in Downtown Naperville. I brought the kids I nanny to Lush for their first time and was blown away by how sweet and attentive Livy was. She did a phenomenal job speaking to the kids in terms they could understand, nurturing their excitement for learning/trying hygiene products! She truly made their entire day with all of the wonderful free samples she packed up for the kiddos to take home. Definitely will be coming back! We adore ya Livy from Lush!

  I visited this Lush location earlier today, and the employee, Livie, was absolutely wonderful. She not only helped me find the products I came in looking for, but also recommended additional items she thought I would enjoy based on my preferences. Her recommendations were spot on and demonstrated how knowledgeable and well informed she is about the products. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable.

  Went in to lush today for the first time in a long time, and I was excited to see what new products were in stock.we were greeted warmly by Natalie upon arrival. After 10 minutes of shopping around we made our selections, and were unpleasantly surprised to find Angelina dealing with a not so pleasant customer next to us. She handled herself with such poise, and grace. After all of that we checked with a smiling staff. P.s. it was my girlfriend's first time, and i can assure you it will not be her last!

  Absolutely amazing customer service from Livi! She is so friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful! I've been a customer for over 10 years and I've never had a better experience at any location due to Livi! This girl deserves recognition and a raise! You guys have a true gem!!

  I do store pick-ups here lately the past few months since I’m disabled and pregnant. They blatantly offer curbside pickup when you get your confirmation E-Mail and even give you instructions on where to park. The past two times I have had problems with my pick-ups. The first time they asked me to come in instead because they were scheduled alone and couldn’t leave the store; I had to send my boyfriend in because I’m in a lot of pain. Whatever, not that big of a deal. The second time they were exceptionally rude to me though. I just parked and had to call the store about 6 or 7 times before anyone picked up, and I told the guy on the phone I was here for my store pick-up. He instructed me to come inside and get my product because “that’s how they do store pick-ups.” I told him that was incorrect and that my E-Mail says they can bring it to my car. He mumbled something about being busy with a party in the store and said people typically come in and don’t do curbside pick-up. I told him that’s odd because I’ve done curbside pickup at this location several times now. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and seemed annoyed that he or someone else would have to walk my product out. It was pretty rude and your staff should keep in mind that some of us have mobility issues.
