  Disappointed to be charged an extra $15 for ‘extra service time’ that was never mentioned before or during my appointment. Customers should be told in advance about any additional charges instead of finding out at payment. Unexpected fees leave a bad impression. Ill never go back.

  I love Capellis !! Been going there for a couple years now. They always make me feel welcome. I see Billie Rae and she is a phenomenal human and hairstylist. But you can’t go wrong with any of the girls there!

  I got the Marini Enzyme Facial with Jo, and wow what an amazing experience! Jo did such a great job. My skin feels so soft and clean. Everything was so relaxing that not only does my face feel refreshed, so does my mind! She does a great job of informing you of the steps that will be taken and checks in throughout the service to make sure you’re comfortable. As soon as I was done, I booked my next one. Can’t wait to go back!

  Sam Birch helped my 13-year-old daughter donate her hair for the 3rd time to a charity that give kids and young adults with medical conditions wigs for free( Kids With Hair Loss). She tackled Gabby’s very long curly hair to make her have a full heart and a happy head of beautiful locks ready to grow for her next donation! This mama is proud of her daughter and happy to have such a great stylist who listens to my girls wants and needs while completing a selfless act of kindness! ❤️❤️

  Sam knocked it out of the park! My 7-year-old daughter wanted “colored stripes” in her hair which gave this mama a minor freak out! Sam saved the day with installing Micro I-tip extensions with a brown to teal ombré look which made my little girl’s wishes come true! She loves them and I think they look great without having to dye her natural hair! Cost efficient, quick and a beautiful fresh cut! Thanks Sam!
