- MVMegan ViviansJul 26, 20261.0Please beware if you try to go during the back to school event for a haircut, there’s a sale going on right now for 12 dollars for students and teachers, just letting you know it’s going to be about 60$ when you’re through with it. I came in and was told they need to shampoo my hair, and blow dry, however during the process my stylist did suggest to straighten my hair however, I was not told that it would not be included as apart of the back to school cutting hair event. I strongly believe you should get the service you paid/scheduled yourself for and if there are any “add on prices” you should be informed about it and kept transparent. When I got to the cash register a lady by the name Cece told me that she did tell me that- which is not true, all she told me is and I quote :”You need to get a shampoo”, she also said “every stylist charges differently” the explanations did seem all over the place to be honest and not consistent. More transparency should be required.
- RTRae TMar 3, 20255.0I went in Sunday, the stylist Alyncia (CeCe) did my hair. She was so gentle, caring, informative, patient, calming, soft toned, and remarkable. She took her time and explained everything she was doing to my hair, took extra precaution to make sure she was taking care of my hair. She made sure I understood what was going on with my hair and what she was using in my hair and why. She was gentle with my hair, she gave a rigorously wash and dried my hair proficiently. She made sure I was calm while sitting in her chair. She was explanatory about clipping my split ends. I can tell she is extraordinary at what she does. She is unquestionably a hair dresser; she takes good care of your hair. I will be back for her to take excellent care of my hair.
