- CWCharlotte Woodland6 days ago5.0I was in need of a color refresh as I’d been traveling for a few months. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Stacy Jones and we discussed what I wanted done. While waiting for the root color I noticed it was really dark and not at all what it usually looked like when I had it done. I expressed my concern and was getting upset but Stacy assured me it would look great and to trust the process. She also said if for whatever reason I wasn’t happy that she would do whatever it took to make it right. She never lost her cool. Once she washed my hair and styled it I was convinced she’d been right! It turned out beautifully even though it was a bit different than I usually had done at other salons. The color and highlights look better with my skin coloring and I have received several compliments on my hair since then. Stacy was a true professional throughout the entire process and I apologized for getting worked up. We ended the session as friends and I highly recommend her not only for her skill, but for her professional and care in doing her best, Thank you Stacy!
