- DRdeeaundra rodriguez3 days ago1.0Was going to be my first time shopping here at this location (I normally shop at the estate location) woman was just rude and difficult to work with. I’ve never encountered difficulties at salon centric as a traveling stylist. I don’t think whether you want to pay cash or use a “card on file” is a bad thing. I had someone was picking up color for me in a middle of a service but denied me a purchase because I wasn’t present even though I called ahead of time and she said okay. I understand the policies but bad attitudes and unprofessionalism I’m sure isn’t a part of the brand

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
